Refunds and Exchanges

  • Return processing can take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact Customer Service
  • Customer able to issue refund or exchange within 15 days since item has been received
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
  • We provide size charts for most clothings. Please pay attention: some items has sizing specifics based on manufacturing region. By ordering item you confirm that you have checked size chart before order placing
  • If you have received the wrong size by our mistake (e.g. you've ordered size L (Large), but instead you got 2XL), we provide full refund or free exchange for most items.
  • If you ordered items without size chart review, refunds and exchanges will be refused unilaterally.
